Writer's picture: KayKay
INGREDIENTS

1 Scoop of Nudest vanilla Pea protein (@nuzest_europe vanilla)

1 teaspoon of organic freeze dried wild blueberry (bilberry) powder (@loovorganicfood) 1 frozen banana 1/2 avocado Topped with freeze dried raspberries (@realfoodsource ) half cup almond milk I use (@plenishdrinks )

METHOD

Simply blend all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy! Try topping your smoothie bowl with walnuts and adding a nutmilk of choice! #makeyourownfavourite Can be altered as a smoothie drink by adding water when blending. It’s super quick, melt in the mouth, and super nourishing. Fab for kids too! My little man loves this, calling it a “blueberry mousse” which excites him every time.
