Welcome to Inspire Nutrition. I am Kay, a registered Naturopathic Nutritionist and health coach who can help restore good health using a functional medicine approach. I work with 1:1 clients and clinics, employers and schools. 

Having multiple autoimmune complexities myself, has been my drive, purpose and why I feel so passionate about the impact of diet and lifestyle for longevity. I appreciate the difficulties beyond a diagnosis and the reality of the life-changing symptoms, yet I now equally understand the wins that come with a lifestyle adaptation in supporting these health challenges. It was the ”wins” that gave me a new lease of life from my lifestyle and food choices which then empowered me to want to share my knowledge from a nutritional science viewpoint. I equally understand health goes beyond a plate hence couple my packages with my health coaching in order to give you the very best lifestyle outcomes to restore you back to health in both a positive and empathetic way. 

I specialise in complex digestive-related issues, autoimmunity and mental health wellness. My approach involves harnessing the power of nutrition and natural therapies backed by scientific evidence to suit individual needs. After all, our unique genetic makeup, diet, lifestyle and environment have an undeniable impact on our emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. I focus on helping you break the vicious cycle to then address the root cause of negative thoughts, behaviours or habits that might be holding you back from your efforts or intentions.
